WayPoint reserves the right to transfer any information we have about you in the event we sell or transfer all or a portion of our business or assets to a third party acquirer.

Attendees will need to contact the organizer regarding refunds. WayPoint as an event registration and ticketing platform does not control how the event is run on the ground, or offer refunds on the event organizer's behalf.
Note: Some event organizers may have a no-refund policy as part of their Terms of Service. You can often find the 'Email Organizer' on the event page where you purchased your tickets.
